The present invention relates to an anti-wrinkle composition containing a Silene seoulensis Nakai extract. More specifically, the present invention relates to an anti-wrinkle composition containing, as an active ingredient, an extract which is obtained by extracting Silene seoulensis Nakai with alcohol with 1-4 carbon atoms or a mixture of water and alcohol with 1-4 carbon atoms. The anti-wrinkle composition of the present invention has elastase activity inhibitory effects and can be useful as the active ingredient of cosmetic compositions for ameliorating wrinkles.본 발명은 가는장구채(Silene seoulensis Nakai) 추출물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주름개선용 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 가는장구채를 C1~C4 알코올, 또는 C1~C4 알코올과 물의 혼합물로 추출하여 얻어진 추출물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 주름개선용 조성물에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 주름개선용 조성물은 엘라스타아제 활성 저해 효과가 있어 주름개선용 화장료 조성물의 유효성분으로서 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
