The invention discloses a multifunctional film capable of adjusting temperature automatically. The multifunctional film at least comprises a functional material carrier layer and a heat-preservation layer close to the skin from outside to inside, the functional material carrier layer is a sealed cavity structure composed of water-impervious flexible materials, at least refrigerating or heating chemical raw materials are arranged in a sealed cavity, and the heat-preservation layer is composed of waterproof and heat-preservation materials. If the heating chemical raw materials are contained in the sealed cavity, heat radiated from the functional material carrier layer can be uniformly and stably transferred to the skin through the heat-preservation layer, the heat transmitted to the skin cannot be dissipated quickly, the risk of low-temperature scalding caused by original high temperature is avoided, and the skin keeps in a stable and proper temperature effectively; if the refrigerating chemical raw materials are contained in the sealed cavity, heat of the skin cannot be absorbed instantly by the functional material carrier layer due to the heat-preservation layer, and accordingly the situation that a part of the skin is frostbitten is avoided, heat exchange is uniformly carried out between the functional material carrier layer and the skin and the cold insulation time is obviously prolonged.本發明公開了一種多功能自發調節溫度的膜,從外到內至少包括功能材料載體層和接近皮膚的保溫層;功能材料載體層為由不透水的柔性材料構成的密封腔體結構,密封腔體中至少裝載有製冷或制熱化學原料;保溫層由具有防水保溫性能的材料構成。所述膜可製備成面膜或眼膜,用於臉部皮膚。若裝載的是制熱化學原料,保溫層使功能材料載體層中散發的熱量均勻穩定地傳到皮膚上,且使傳遞到皮膚的熱量不會很快地散失掉,避免初始溫度過高引發低溫燙傷的風險,有效地保持皮膚在穩定適宜的溫度內;若裝載的是製冷化學原料,保溫層使功能材料載體層無法瞬間吸收皮膚的熱量,避免引起局部凍傷,使功能材料載體層和皮膚之間發生均勻地熱交換,保冷時間顯著延長。
