Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a medical titanium shielding film using surface treatment and silver nanoparticle coating. The present method for manufacturing a medical titanium shielding film using surface treatment and silver nanoparticle coating comprises the following steps: chemically polishing a surface which has been first processed with at least one of laser, ultrasonic wave, and water-jet； washing the surface with plasma； and coating the surface with silver using physical and chemical vapor deposition to form an additional layer.
