An object of the present invention is to provide a patch comprising an acrylic-based adhesive base, the patch may inhibit cold flow in a packaging material or during patching without being limited by the physical properties and concentrations thereof, and the patch may maintain drug stability in the patch during storage and maintain an appropriate dosage form over an extended period of time, thereby continuously provides sufficient efficacy and shows a superior handling property.
