PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiver preventing that, when energization to the receiver is stopped, a user unknowing it uselessly tries to transmit measurement information of respective measuring instruments to the receiver.SOLUTION: The receiver 11 receives generated measurement information from the measuring instruments 12a-12c for generating measurement information by measuring the body state or motion on the health, and transmits the received measurement information to a management server 20 for managing the measurement information. At stopping the energization when the energization from a secondary power supply 11d for regularly supplying the power to the inside of a body 11g, to the body 11g is stopped, a backup power supply 11e of the receiver 11 starts to supply the power to the body 11b as a substitute for the secondary power supply 11d. A control section 11a and a second communication processing section 11c, when stopping the energization, control to notify the stop of the energization to the management server 20.
