PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange an exhaust muffler in an engine room so as to prevent heat of the muffler from stagnating in the engine room, thereby improving a cooling effect of the muffler.SOLUTION: The present invention pertains to a harvester comprising a thresher (4) mounted at a front part side of a travelling vehicle body (3) and an engine (E), which transmits rotation power to each part, mounted in an engine room (6) that is positioned at a rear part side of the travelling vehicle body (3), wherein an exhaust muffler (12) of the engine (E) is disposed so as to close to a side wall (13) of the engine room (6), and a portion of the side wall (13) approximating to the exhaust muffler (12) is formed to be breathable meshes (14).
