The present invention relates to a method for analyzing a health condition and providing health condition information and, particularly, to a method for analyzing a health condition on the basis of an image taken by a computer or a magnetic resonance imaging apparatus and providing health condition information, the method comprising: a step of receiving the image taken of a body； a step of extracting an image for a specific body part from the image taken； a step of calculating bone, fat and muscle percentages from the extracted image； and a step of extracting and displaying, from a diagnostic table in which health condition information according to the percentages is stored, the health condition information for the calculated percentages.
