The present invention relates to an apparatus for shellfish farming comprising: a housing in which a living space for shellfishes is arranged with the topside opened to allow the shellfishes to be easily inserted into the living space, and opened surfaces are arranged in the bottom or every side so as to allow seawater to flow into the living space a covering member covering the topside of the housing a farming unit having a net panel which is installed in the housing to cover the opened surfaces and has multiple through-holes to allow seawater to flow into the living space and a fixing unit fixing a connection rope to the farming unit. The fixing unit has a first fixing body, which is fixed to the side of the housing and in which a first settling groove for the settlement of the rope is formed and a second fixing body, which is fixed to the housing to cover the rope settled down in the first settling groove so as to fix the rope to the housing.
