A method of extracting nutrients from a plantincludes the steps of: pulverizing a water solublenutrient-based plant part of a first plant material ofthe plant so as to form a first pulverized plant part；pulverizing a lipid soluble nutrient-based plant partof a second plant material of the plant so as to forma second pulverized plant part； subjecting the firstpulverized plant part to a distillation so as to obtaina distillate and a first residue that contains a watersoluble nutrient； and immersing the second pulverizedplant part in the distillate to form a first mixturefollowed by distillation of the first mixture, so asto obtain a second residue that contains a lipid solublenutrient.
