The method for production of preserves "Ordinary fish cutlets with vegetable garnish" envisages preparation of recipe components, small ordinary fish mealing in wheat flour, frying in vegetable oil and mincing, mincing part of bulb onions, ide and pike, potatoes blanching and mincing, the listed components mixing with part of salt and part of black hot pepper to produce mince, the mince moulding and frying in vegetable oil to produce cutlets cutting, sauteing in vegetable oil and mixing fresh white cabbages, carrots and another part of bulb onions to produce garnish, the remaining bulb onions cutting, sauteing in vegetable oil and milling, wheat flour sauteing in vegetable oil, the listed components mixing with tomato paste, drinking water, sugar, the remaining salt, the remaining black hot pepper, allspice, cloves, coriander and laurel leaf, the mixture cooking and addition of acetic acid to produce a sauce, the cutlets, garnish and sauce packing, sealing and sterilisation.
