PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for suppressing viscosity reduction of an aqueous preparation containing hyaluronic acid with increased viscosity.SOLUTION: A method for suppressing viscosity reduction of an aqueous preparation containing hyaluronic acid with increased viscosity comprises the step of formulating boric acid. The boric acid serving as free acid is preferably formulated with 0.5 to 2 wt.%. The hyaluronic acid is preferably sodium salt. The aqueous preparation preferably contains 0.001 to 0.5 wt.% of the hyaluronic acid. Preferably, pH of the aqueous preparation is 5 to 7.5, and thickening of the aqueous preparation containing hyaluronic acid is performed by formulating the boric acid.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】増粘したヒアルロン酸含有水性製剤の粘度低下抑制方法を提供する。【解決手段】ホウ酸を配合することを特徴とする、増粘したヒアルロン酸含有水性製剤の粘度低下抑制方法である。ホウ酸は遊離酸として0.5~2重量%配合されているのが好ましい。ヒアルロン酸はナトリウム塩であるのが好ましい。水性製剤はヒアルロン酸を0.001~0.5重量%含有するのが好ましい。水性製剤のpHは5~7.5であるのが好ましい。ヒアルロン酸含有水性製剤の増粘はホウ酸を配合することにより行われるのが好ましい。【選択図】なし
