PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of easily reproducing a closed state of slit blazes in a slit-lamp microscope using an electric mechanism.SOLUTION: The slit-lamp microscope according to one embodiment includes a light source, a pair of slit blades, an actuator, a mechanism, a detection unit, a storage unit, and a control unit. The light source emits illumination light. The slit blades generate slit light from the illumination light. The actuator generates drive force. The mechanism changes an interval between the slit blades on the basis of the drive force. The detection unit detects that the slit blades are located at a prescribed reference position. The storage unit prestores distance information representing a distance between a position of the slit blades in the closed state of the slit blades and the reference position.
