PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image capture control device, method, and program capable of efficiently storing necessary medical images without any omission.SOLUTION: A first determination part 42 performs first determination as to whether ultrasonic images to be acquired in time series order should be stored or not. When the first determination is affirmative, a storage control part 43 stores an ultrasonic image determined to be stored by the first determination part 42, in a storage 33. A second determination part 44 performs second determination as to whether one or more ultrasonic images necessary to be stored have been stored in the storage 33 or not.
