This effect is ensured by an inhibitor delivery device comprising an inhibitor delivery unit, a delivery point storage unit, a current time measurement unit and a control unit configured to actuate the delivery unit and to control it so as to administer the inhibitor into the patient, when the current time concurs with the delivery time. The delivery time is preset in accordance with a specified cycling state of the malignant cycle. A phase accompanied by the maximum effect of cell division inhibition is specified as the preset cycling state. A cell cycle is broken down into several groups of the preset length, which is equal to or less than the preset phase length. The delivery time is preset more than once at intervals at least equal to (T+t) if the cell cycle appears to be equal to T, whereas the preset length is equal to t. A difference of respective delivery points for several groups makes at least two cycle lengths.
