Device for breakage of at least one shutoff element located inside flexible tube of containers system for blood collection and blood component separation comprises shut-off element with first and second parts separated by a fragile zone. Fragile zone is made with possibility of fracture to allow fluid flow inside mentioned flexible tube. Mentioned device comprises also unit for holding mentioned flexible tube, which includes fixed element with first seat to hold first section of mentioned flexible tube and movable element with second seat to hold second section of mentioned flexible tube, wherein mentioned two seats are aligned along central line that determines neutral position of movable element.
