PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxidation hair dye composition which has improved miscibility with a desired viscosity imparted thereto, the oxidation hair dye composition composed of a plurality of agents and using an oxidation dye of an acid addition salt.SOLUTION: There is provided an oxidation hair dye composition having a viscosity at 25°C of 3000 to 10000 mPa s during using and comprising: a creamy first agent comprising an alkali agent； and a liquid second agent comprising an oxidizing agent, wherein the oxidation hair dye composition comprises (A) a salt of an oxidation dye, (B) 0.15 mass% or more of a cationic surfactant, (C) a nonionic surfactant having an HLB of 17 to 20 and (D) a nonionic surfactant having an HLB of 11 or less.
