An oxidative hair dye composition contains a first agent that includes an alkaline agent and is a cream formulation and a second agent that includes an oxidant and is liquid. The oxidative hair dye composition at the time of use has a viscosity at 25 DEG C of 3,000 to 10,000 mPa·s.
