PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for treating cancer.SOLUTION: There is provided a method relating to compositions containing a CDP-topoisomerase inhibitor, e.g., a CDP-camptothecin or a camptothecin derivative conjugate, e.g., CRLX101. In one aspect, a method for treating a proliferative disorder in a subject is provided.
