A wearable device capable of stimulating acupuncture points and an operation method thereof are disclosed. The wearable device includes: a wearable body, at least one electrode, and a controller. The wearable body is provided for being worn on a user, and includes a wearable section for being tightly attached to the users skin and a fixing section for fixing the wearable section. The at least one electrode is installed on the wearable body for providing micro current. The controller is arranged on the wearable body and connected to the at least one electrode by means of lead wires. The controlled is able to receive a control command transmitted from an external device, and then generates a circuit control signal after analyzing the received control command, wherein the circuit control signal is used for controlling the at least one electrode to generate micro current.
