PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acupuncture point stimulation tool and an acupuncture point stimulation method in which the present invention can safely be used by people, and a physical aeremia, a body fluid and an essential flow can be normalized.SOLUTION: An acupuncture point stimulation tool concerning the present invention is configured by having alignment patterns 10-15 where asterisk patterns A-F are arranged on a surface and/or backside of an article.
