The present invention relates to a syringe assembling apparatus capable of automatically sorting syringes having a gasket and a plunger poorly assembled together. According to the present invention, the syringe assembling apparatus (100) includes: an assembly index (110) sequentially moving completely assembled syringes； a guide slide which is installed on a side of the assembly index (110) to raise only the plunger from the syringes sequentially being moved； a syringe discharging means (130) which presses and discharges the syringes passing through the guide slide (120) to the outside of the assembly index (110)； and a discharging prevention guide (140) which is installed on the assembly index (110) in the horizontal direction along the section having the syringe discharging means formed thereon at a height equal to an end of the guide slide (120) to prevent only the syringes having the gasket and the plunger assembled together normally from being pressed by the syringe discharging means (130) by coming in contact with the raised plunger.본 발명은 가스켓과 밀대가 불량하게 조립된 주사기만을 자동으로 선별해 낼 수 있도록 한 주사기 조립장치에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 주사기 조립장치(100)는 조립이 완료된 주사기를 순차 이동시키는 조립인덱스(110)；상기 조립인덱스의 일측에 설치되어 순차이동하는 주사기로부터 밀대만 상승시키는 유도슬라이드(120)；유도슬라이드를 통과한 주사기를 조립인덱스의 밖으로 밀어서 배출시키는 주사기배출수단(130)； 및상기 유도슬라이드의 종단과 동일한 높이로 주사기배출수단의 형성구간을 따라 상기 조립인덱스에 수평으로 설치되어 가스켓이 밀대에 정상조립된 주사기에 한하여 상승된 밀대와 접촉됨으로써 주사기배출수단에 의한 주사기의 밀림을 차단하는 배출방지가이드(140)를 포함하여 구성된다.
