PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a newly-structured valved needle assembly capable of achieving compatibility between an improvement in easiness of push-opening of an elastic valve body and low flow resistance in an internal flow passage.SOLUTION: In a valved needle assembly 10, a cylindrical part 16, which has an inner hole 108 constituting an internal flow passage 20, and an elastic valve body 14 are provided in a needle hub 18 that is fixed on the base end side of a hollow needle 12. The elastic valve body 14 is pushed open by a protruding tip surface 127 of the cylindrical part 16.
