PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical connector whose elastic valve body is hard to fall while securing strength of a housing.SOLUTION: A medical connector 100 is provided with a housing part 101 and an elastic valve body 102 fixed to the housing part 101 so as to close an insertion port 111. A cylindrical part 131 has: an upper side projection 141 provided on the reverse surface of an upper end surface and projects downward and a lower side projection 142 which is provided at a position facing the upper side projection 141 and projects upward. An annular recess 124 of the elastic valve body 102 is sandwiched between the upper side projection 141 and the lower side projection 142.
