To provide a shoe insole which can prevent fatigue fracture or trouble with a foot from occurring by preventing stress from concentrating ON a specific bone or joint by correcting a bone arrangement of a shoe wearers foot into a normal condition, prevent sprain by restraining the foot from laterally rocking, increase a shock absorbing ability and a force transmitting ability as the roles of the foot and restrain a hallux valgus and a flat foot from progressing by preventing a change in the bone arrangement of the foot.
SOLUTION: The shoe insole has a heel cup peripheral wall surrounding the rear side and the right and left sides of a heel cup portion, and an outside arch support and an inside arch support continuing to the right and left front ends of the peripheral wall and has a central arch elevation portion elastically pressing and supporting the part of the musculus flexor digitorum brevis or the musculus flexor digiti minimi brevis covering the sole sides of the third metatarsal bone and the fourth metatarsal bone and the plantar aponeurosis running side by side with the muscle which ranges from the rear side positions of the third to fourth metatarsophalangeal joints lining up in the rear end position of the ball of the foot covering the sesamoid bones to the rear side position of the transverse tarsal joint and crossing over the cuboid bone.
