摘要：: The invention provides a stable aqueous pharmaceutical formulation comprising a therapeutically effective amount of an antibody, optionally, not subjected to prior lyophilization, a buffer maintaining the pH in the range from about 4.0 to about 6.0, and an optional surfactant, methods for making such a formulation, and methods of using such a formulation.本發明提供一種穩定含水醫藥調配物，其包含治療有效量之抗體，視情況未經預先冷凍乾燥，維持pH在約4.0至約6.0範圍內的緩衝液，及視情況選用之界面活性劑；製備該調配物之方法，及使用該調配物之方法。
