The present invention is to provide a tooth cleaning tool having a handle and at least one of a plurality of tooth cleaning heads, wherein the handle has two ends extending from a middle section thereof to form a first included angle ranging from 155° to 175° between the two ends, and a front end of the handle is protruded with a connector； and the tooth cleaning heads each has a cone shaped supporting rod and a cleaning component disposed at or adjacent to a tip end of the supporting rod and extending in a direction to form a second included angle ranging from 90° to 135° therebetween； and a connection receptacle is disposed at a base end of the supporting rod and configured to firmly join together with the connector such that the handle and tooth cleaning head can he coupled together for providing a specific tooth cleaning function.本案係新創一種可替換潔牙組，包含：一握柄，包括一連接器；以及複數潔牙頭組件，各該潔牙頭組件具有一連接槽；其中藉由將該連接器與該連接槽互相接合，以組成一潔牙器。藉此，若該清潔組件為一牙刷頭，當刷毛損壞時只需更換刷頭的部分，能有效解決浪費與環保的問題，亦能將該牙刷頭以牙間刷頭、牙線棒頭等取代，連接於該可替換潔牙組之握柄上，方便使用者潔牙。
