PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for an oral cavity improved with a flavor originating from polyhydric alcohol in the composition for the oral cavity which is small in a water content, and also contains dihydric alcohol and trihydric alcohol in high concentration.SOLUTION: In the composition for the oral cavity containing polyhydric alcohol to be dihydric and trihydric of 40 mass% or more, a cyclodextrin is mixed by a specific amount, whereby the flavor originating from a polyhydric alcohol is effectively improved. Further, when magnesium sulfate is mixed, this effect is further enhanced. Furthermore, when an anionic surfactant or an amphoteric surfactant is mixed, the smell of a raw material originating from the activator can effectively be improved, and also appearances and properties of the composition for the oral cavity can be improved.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】水の含有量が少なくかつ2価アルコールや3価アルコールを高濃度含有する口腔用組成物において、多価アルコール由来の香味を改善した口腔用組成物を提供する。【解決手段】2価及び3価の多価アルコールを40質量%以上含有する口腔用組成物において、シクロデキストリンを特定量配合することによって多価アルコール由来の香味が効果的に改善される。さらに硫酸マグネシウムを配合した場合には、この効果がさらに高まる。また、アニオン性界面活性剤若しくは両性界面活性剤を配合した場合には、その活性剤由来の原料臭を効果的に改善し、また、口腔用組成物の外観、性状を改善することが可能となる。【選択図】なし
