The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for a crystalline doripenem monohydrate and, more specifically, to a manufacturing method for a crystalline doripenem monohydrate comprising: a step (step 1) of conducting a deprotection reaction by making doripenem-PNB react with zinc powders in a mixed solvent consisting of an organic solvent and a phosphate aqueous solution a step (step 2) of removing phosphates from a product of step 1 and a step (step 3) of crystalizing a doripenem monohydrate by using a product of step 2 as a solvent for crystallization. The manufacturing method for a crystalline doripenem according to the present invention is able to be performed at a condition of normal temperature and pressure without an expensive metal catalyst and special equipment, thereby being economical and safe and being able to produce the doripenem monohydrate with high yield.
