PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixing device for tea bush pruning litter and soil reduction in a tea plantation and a riding type tea garden management machine, the device that is simple and can be introduced even in the tea plantation with inclination.SOLUTION: A mixing device for tea bush pruning litter and soil reduction in a tea plantation is provided with: a mixture shaft detachably structured at the rear of the traveling devices of a riding type tea garden management machine comprising left and right traveling devices and a portal frame capable of straddling tea plants, and set in a length capable of being introduced into the width of the furrow of the tea plant two or more tea bush pruning litter mixture claws mounted to the mixture shaft drive means for the mixture shaft and a cover for covering the mixture shaft and the tea bush pruning litter mixture claws.
