A pellet containing: a) a core containing omeprazole or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, b) at least an intermediate layer c) an intestinal-soluble coating layer containing an intestinal-soluble polymer, characterized in that the mass fraction of the intestinal-soluble coating layer is between 5% (w / w) and 40% (w / w) with respect to the total weight of the pellet, and where the core (a) contains an inert core having an average diameter size between about 0.3 and 0.9 mm. 2. Pellet according to claim 1, where the mass fraction of the layer of intestinal soluble coating is between 20% (w / w) and 40% (w / w) with respect to the total weight of the pellet. 3. Pellet according to claim 1, where the core (a) contains an inert core having an average diameter size lying between about 0.5 and 0.9 mm, 4. Pellet according to claim 1, where the core (a) contains an inert core, which is present in an amount lying between about 20 and 50% by weight of the pellets. The pellet according to claim 1, wherein the amount of omeprazole or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt varies from about 10 to 25% with respect to the weight of the pellets. Pellet according to claim 1, where the core (a) contains at least a binder. The pellet according to claim 6, wherein the core (a) contains omeprazole or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, disodium phosphate dihydrate and talc. The pellet according to claim 1, wherein at least the intermediate layer (b) contains one layer containing hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, talc and titanium dioxide. The pellet according to claim 1, wherein at least the intermediate layer (b) contains one layer containing a non-alkaline water-insoluble polymer and, optionally, a non-alkaline water-soluble polymer.
