The present invention relates to the fields of pharmacy, medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, chemistry, biotechnology and tissue engineering.La présente invention concerne un procédé d'obtention de peau de tilapia lyophilisée, comprenant les étapes suivantes : nettoyage par grattage, lavage au sérum physiologique et découpe des bords de la peau, incubation avec détergent biocompatible en récipient stérile et rinçage, incubation avec solution détoxifiante et rinçage, incubation avec antibiotiques, rinçage et congélation, lyophilisation à froid, scellage sous vide et stérilisation. Plus particulièrement, la présente invention concerne l'utilisation de la peau de tilapia pour la préparation d'un pansement destiné à traiter des lésions chez des êtres humains et des animaux.
