The present invention relates to a method for preparing an herbal composition having an increased fat-soluble polyphenol content, an herbal composition prepared thereby and a use thereof. In comparison with an herbal composition of a comparative example, the herbal composition having an increased fat-soluble polyphenol content has a significantly higher content of a decursin-containing fat-soluble polyphenol and exhibited more meaningful antioxidant activity and immune cell activation and cancer cell growth inhibition effects. Also, the herbal composition significantly reduced hepatotoxicity and nephrotoxicity induced by cisplatin, an anti-cancer agent, to normal levels and had a significantly higher reduction effect on the loss of intestinal crypts caused by irradiation than an herbal composition of a comparative example. Thus, the herbal composition having an increased fat-soluble polyphenol content can be useful as a cancer treatment composition, an anti-cancer supplement, an immune-enhancing composition, a composition for protecting the body and a composition for preventing a side effect of cancer treatment.La présente invention concerne une méthode de préparation d'une composition à base de plantes à forte teneur en polyphénols liposolubles, une composition à base de plantes ainsi préparée et une utilisation de cette dernière.
