PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide globefish liver oil containing a large amount of active ingredients such as n-3 fatty acid in a well-balanced manner while effectively utilizing discarded globefish livers, and a method for producing liver oil by which active ingredients such as n-3 fatty acid from globefish livers are obtained, and the liver oil is extracted and sterilized without degrading/deteriorating the active ingredients such as the n-3 fatty acid in the liver oil.SOLUTION: Globefish liver oil is extracted from globefish livers confirmed to be nontoxic by an individual toxicity examination.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】廃棄処理されていたフグの肝臓を有効に利用するとともに、n-3系脂肪酸等の有効成分をバランス良く含み、かつ、多量に含有するフグの肝油を提供することを目的とする。また、フグの肝臓からn-3系脂肪酸等の有効成分を得ることができるとともに、肝油中のn-3系脂肪酸等の有効成分を劣化・変質させず、肝油の抽出や殺菌を行うことができる肝油の製造方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】個体別の毒性検査により無毒であることが確認されたフグの肝臓から抽出された構成を有している。【選択図】図1
