PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose film is provided to show antibacterial activity by comprising natural antimicrobial mixture containing Scutellaria extract.CONSTITUTION: An edible film comprises natural antimicrobial mixture comprising Scutellaria extract. A natural antimicrobial mixture comprises at a ratio of 5 to 20g of Scutellaria extract, 0.1 to 0.5g of Glyceryl Monolaurate, 20 to 50g of Thyme hydrosol, 0.5 to 2g of Tween 80, 15 to 30g of Glycerin, and 0 to 30g of grapefruit seed extract. A film composition has a thickness of 0.225 to 0.325mm which composes 3 to 5 % of natural antimicrobial mixture. An edible film having antibacterial activity of natural antimicrobial mixture is used as an antibacterial film which is effective to food poisoning.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013본 발명은 황금추출물을 함유하는 혼합천연항균제의 항균활성을 갖는 가식성 필름의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 의하면 황금추출물을 함유하는 혼합천연항균제의 항균활성을 갖는 가식성 필름은 다양한 균에 대하여 항균활성을 나타내어 식중독에 유효한 항균필름으로 사용할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
