A spinal implant system, specifically an intervertebral spacer. The system is designed to change its physical conformation from a minimal profile to an expanded state, enabling it to be placed through a smaller incision and operative cannula. The ability to change from a minimal profile to an expanded state may be accomplished through pivoting of support bodies, or expansion through a screw system, or sliding of the support bodies perhaps along an oblong surface. The system will allow for long-term promotion of osteointegration.La présente invention concerne un système d'implant vertébral, en particulier un espaceur intervertébral.
