PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solution and a method for strengthening minerals by a neutral, safe, and simple method suitable for drinking water.SOLUTION: A novel solid solution is used as an agent, the solid solution in which essential bivalent minerals, such as magnesium, iron, and zinc, are solid-soluted in calcium sulfate and/or calcium monohydrogen phosphate. Using a method in which water is placed in contact with and passed through the granulated material of the agent, neutral water strengthened with minerals can be obtained.【課題】飲料水に適合する中性で安全でしかも簡単な方法でミネラルを強化する剤および方法を提供する。【解決手段】カルシウムの硫酸塩および/またはリン酸１水素塩にマグネシウム、鉄、亜鉛、等の２価の必須ミネラルを固溶させた新規な固溶体を剤として用い、この剤の造粒物に水を接触、通水させる方法でミネラルが強化された中性の水が得られる。【選択図】 なし
