The second light detector 41 comprises: the light emitting part 33； and a second light detecting part 34 arranged on the side opposite to the radiation incidence side of the light emitting part 33 and for detecting the light generated by the light emitting part 33. A cassette control part allows a moving image to be taken by driving the first radiation detector 40 and allows a static image to be taken by driving the second radiation detector 41.【課題】動画撮影中に迅速に静止画撮影を行うことを可能とする。【解決手段】電子カセッテは、第１の放射線検出器４０及び第２の放射線検出器４１を備える。第１の放射線検出器４０は、放射線により光を発生する発光部３３と発光部により発生された光を検出する第１の光検出部３２とにより構成される。第２の放射線検出器４１は、発光部３３と、発光部３３の放射線入射側とは反対側に配置されると共に、発光部３３により発生された光を検出する第２の光検出部３４とを備える。カセッテ制御部は、第１の放射線検出器４０を駆動して動画撮影を実行させ、第２の放射線検出器４１を駆動して静止画撮影を実行させる。【選択図】図６
