The inkjet head (4) applies print processing to the recessed grooved part (6a) of the engraved mark display (6) based on engraving position data obtained by a print surface inspection device (29). Print processing is performed along the engraved mark display (6), with the result that the engraved mark display (6) is made clear, significantly improving the visibility thereof.
