PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user-friendly organ exclusion tool capable of applying a large exclusion surface in an abdominal cavity in a single hole type operation.SOLUTION: An organ exclusion tool is composed of a long shaft 1 inserted into an abdominal cavity percutaneously or via a trocar, and an organ exclusion part 2 inserted into the abdominal cavity from an opening different from that for the shaft, and is formed by providing detachable connection means 13 and 24 that adapt to a vicinity 11 of the leading end of the shaft and a target position of the exclusion part respectively. The exclusion part consists of a flexible or non-flexible rod-like long body, a plate, a balloon, a frame body, a wire, etc., and they may be adjustable, may be ones whose outer layer is coated with flexible resin or cotton gauze, or may be ones formed in combination with a sheet or a net. The shaft, on the other hand, is preferably formed with an outer diameter of 1.5-3.8 mm.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】単孔式手術において、腹腔内で大きな圧排面を適用することができる使い勝手が良い臓器圧排器具を提供する。【解決手段】腹腔内へ経皮的あるいは経トロッカー的に挿入される長尺なシャフト1と、腹腔内にシャフトとは別の開口部から挿入される臓器の圧排部2とにより構成し、シャフトの先端近傍11と圧排部の予定位置に各々適合する着脱自在な接続手段13,24を設けて形成した。そして、圧排部は可撓性あるいは非可撓性の棒状長尺体、プレート、バルーン、枠体、ワイヤー等からなり、それらは可変可能なものであっても良く、また、外層を柔軟な樹脂や綿紗により被覆したり、シートやネットと組み合わせたりしたものでも良い。一方、シャフトは、外径1.5mm以上、3.8mm以下に形成することが好ましい。【選択図】図1
