An ultrasonic diagnostic device according to one embodiment comprises a plurality of oscillators, a timing pulse generation means, a switch means, and a switch control means. Ultrasonic waves are transmitted from the oscillators. The timing pulse generation means has output terminals for outputting timing pulses, based on a delay time, to channels corresponding to each oscillator, the output terminals being separated into output terminal groups, each of at least two terminals, and the timing pulse generation means generating a transmission delay time, which is within a specific time range, for each group. The switch means selectively connects the channels and the output terminals.
