PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein, although some conventional indwelling devices have had surfaces with an antibacterial or antimycotic drug or an antithrombotic drug contained thereon for preventing formation of bio-film or thrombus due to adhesion of bacteria, their validity periods are short and there is a demand for an indwelling device which can be used in combination with a synergistic effect while having different actions and further to solve a problem wherein there is a demand for an inexpensive aqueduct pipe, cooling tower, water tank, ship bottom or fishnet which has a synergistic effect and a bio-film formation preventing action.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic generator is installed in an indwelling device to vibrate the indwelling device, whereby adhesion of bacteria or fungi and platelets is prevented, and bacteria or fungi and platelets on the surface are carried away by waves propagating in the indwelling device. The ultrasonic generator is installed also in one end of an aqueduct pipe, cooling tower, water tank, ship bottom or fishnet to form a wave surface on the surface thereof, whereby the formation of bio-film is prevented.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】 従来体内留置デイバイスに、細菌付着によるバイオフイルムや血栓形成防止のため、表面に抗菌、抗真菌薬や抗血栓薬を含有さした体内留置デイバイスがあったが、有効期限が短かく、相乗効果があり併用でき、異なる作用を有する体内留置デイバイスが求められていた。又同様に、相乗効果がある安価なバイオフイルム形成防止作用を有する水道用パイプ、冷却塔、水タンク船底や魚網が求められていた。【解決手段】 体内留置デイバイスに超音波発生装置を設置し、体内留置デイバイスを振動さすことにより、細菌、真菌や血小板の付着を防止し、かつ体内留置デイバイスを伝播する波により、その表面上の細菌、真菌や血小板を運び去る。又水道用パイプ、冷却塔、水タンクや船底、魚網の一端にも超音波発生装置を設置し、その表面に波面を形成して、バイオフイルム形成を防止する。【選択図】図1
