The present invention refers to a hydroponic system with supply of direct current for creating an electric field in the system while generating molecular oxygen by a system of graphite electrodes, said system accelerating the growth of plants for obtaining crops in a reduced period of time. The electric field promotes the migration of anions and cations to the electrodes, bringing the nutrients of the nutritive solution close to the root of the plant. The process may be considered as environmentally friendly, since it saves water and electric power consumption.Esta invención se refiere a un sistema hidropónico con alimentación de corriente directa, para crear un campo eléctrico en el sistema y al mismo tiempo se genere oxígeno molecular mediante un sistema de electrodos de grafito, dicho sistema permite acelerar el crecimiento de las plantas para obtener cosechas en menor tiempo. Al crear el campo eléctrico se promueve la migración de aniones y cationes hacia los electrodos, acercando los nutrientes de la solución nutritiva a la raíz de las plantas. El proceso se pude considerar como amigable con el medio ambiente, ya que existen ahorros en el consumo de agua y energía eléctrica.
