The claimed subject matter relates to the fields of medicine, namely to physiotherapy and is intended primarily for individual treatment of BPH by sonication in the urethra of the patient at home, such as at night.The aim of this work is to improve the patients urinary function in prostate adenoma.The technical result of the utility model is expressed in the extension of the arsenal of technical means for ultrasonic treatment of BPH. This is achieved in that the apparatus for ultrasonic therapy of BPH, comprising an emitter with a piezoelectric transducer radiating surface of which is coated with a protective layer mounted in a housing connected to an electrical generator, provided with a power source and an electric switch, the emitter consists of three piezoelectric transducers (central and two side), each of which has a plate shape of 25-30 mm long and 8-12 mm wide, with side mounted transducers otno respect to the center at the intersection of adjacent sides at an angle of ± 5 ° -10 °, wherein the emitter is mounted on the inner surface of underwear belt, on the outer surface of which are portable electric generator with an independent power source.The proposed device may find wide use among patients with BPH.Заявляемый объект относится к разделу медицины, а именно к физиотерапии, и предназначен преимущественно для индивидуального лечения аденомы простаты путем воздействия ультразвуком на уретру больного в домашних условиях, например, в ночное время.Целью настоящей работы является улучшение функции мочеиспускания больного при аденоме простаты.Технический результат полезной модели выражается в расширении арсенала технических средств для ультразвуковой терапии аденомы простаты.
