The pusher is provided with: a tubular holding part which covers at least a part of an outer surface of the outer tube and is movable relative to the outer tube in the longitudinal direction thereof and a pressure part which is connected with the holding part, is inserted into the outer tube, and moves the gasket to the distal side of the outer tube by distally a movement of the holding part relative to the outer tube. In addition, between the holding part and the outer tube, a guide part is provided which guides the movement of the holding part relative to the outer tube.
