Shelf-stable fermented dairy products and methods of making the shelf-stablefermented dairy products areprovid-ed. The shelf-stable fermented dairy products can be shelf-stable withimproved taste, viscosity and texture profiles. In a generalembodiment, the present disclosure provides a shelf-stable fermented dairyproduct including a shelf-stable fermented dairycom-ponent, a stabilizer, and a puree composition. The shelf-stable fermenteddairy component can be, for example, yogurt, sourcream, buttermilk or a combination thereof.
