To provide a hand warmer which can use a portable telephone and the like by a fingertip of a bare hand without attaching/detaching the hand warmer from a glove.SOLUTION: In a hand warmer, a string-shaped loop 3 attached to one face of an inner intermediate part of a cylindrical cover 1 is attached and fixed to the cylindrical cover manufactured by cloth for covering a part from a wrist 1.1 to a fingertip 1.3 or a material such as fur.
