PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a levee shaper for a levee plastering machine which is capable of firmly shaping levees, and makes the shaped levees so smooth that scratching marks are hardly left.SOLUTION: The levee shaper 80 includes a rotator (a slope shaping portion 82 and an upper surface shaping portion 83) rotating around a rotation axis (a rotation axis 81) and is configured to plaster soil over old levees K by the outer peripheral surface of the rotator.
