CONSTITUTION: A plant growth promoting heating system comprises the following: a base layer laminated on the specific upper side of soil for growing plants, formed with a material having thermal insulation and drainage functions a heater layer with a hot wire installed in the inside, including a thermal storage pipe(20) filled with a thermal storage material and installed on the upper side of the base layer a compost layer(16) mounted on the upper side of the base layer and the heater layer for burying the heater layer a landfill layer(18) formed on the upper side of the compost layer a facility(10) installed to form a greenhouse and a power supply unit(12) supplying electricity to the hot wire.본 발명은 열선과 축열물질을 내부에 포함한 축열 파이프로 식물을 재배하는 온실의 난방 장치를 구현하여서 식물의 재배 조건에 적합한 난방 조건을 유지하면서 유지 및 관리 비용을 절감할 수 있도록 개선한 식물 성장 촉진 난방 시스템을 개시하며, 상기 식물 성장 촉진 난방 시스템은 대상 식물의 재배를 위하여 특정된 영역의 토양 상부에 적층되며 단열 및 보온 효과와 배수성을 갖는 재질로 형성되는 기저층 내부에 열선이 설치되고 축열물질이 충진된 축열 파이프를 포함하고 상기 축열 파이프를 상기 기저층 상부에 배치하여 형성되는 히터층 상기 기저층과 상기 히터층 상부에 적층되며 상기 히터층을 매립하는 퇴비층 상기 퇴비층 상부에 성토되는 흙성토층 상기 흙성토층이 형성된 상기 영역의 상부에 온실을 이루기 위하여 설치되는 시설물들 및 상기 히터층의 상기 열선에 전원을 공급하는 전원 장치를 포함함을 특징으로 한다.
