PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for fixing a wire to an external fixation device, capable of fastening the wire without using some different tools and capable of enabling a surgeon to pull the wire without an assistant.SOLUTION: The system includes: the external fixation device element having an opening extending from a surface a wire 4 adapted to extend through bony structure and to be fixed to the surface a bolt 1 having a shaft which comprises a threaded section, a head section and a clamping element, wherein the bolt 1 is adapted to extend through the opening and the clamping element adapts and clamps the wire to the surface with clamping force a nut 7 to pull the bolt 1 against the surface of the external fixation device element with the clamping force and a counter torque tool to supply a counter torque while fastening the wire 4 with the bolt 1 and the nut 7 to the surface.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】いくつかの異なる工具を用いることなく、ワイヤーを締め付けることが可能で、外科医がアシスタントなしでワイヤーを引っ張ることができる創外固定器にワイヤーを固定するためのシステムを提供する。【解決手段】表面から延びる開口部を有する創外固定器要素と、骨組織を貫通して延び、表面に固定されるように適合するワイヤー4と、ネジ部と頭部と、締め付け要素を備えるシャフトを有するボルト1と、ボルト1は、開口部を貫通して延びるように適合し、締め付け要素は、締め付け力で表面にワイヤーを適合して締め付け、締め付け力で創外固定器要素の表面に対してボルト1を引っ張るナット7と、ワイヤー4をボルト1とナット7で表面に締め付ける間、反トルクを供給する反トルク工具とを備える。【選択図】図2
