PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insufflating surgical instrument adapted for movement across an abdominal wall to insufflate an abdominal region of a patient.SOLUTION: The insufflating surgical instrument comprises: a cannula having a first wall forming a first lumen and a trocar 30 insertable into and removable from the first lumen of the cannula.
